Dear Parents:
We are looking forward to the Ice Cream Social tomorrow evening! The kids have been working really hard and are excited to share with you what we have been working on this school year.
If you’ve looked at the weather forecast, it certainly looks like there is a probability of rain tomorrow night. If there is rain, the entire event will go on as scheduled but will be moved inside. The performances will happen in the PAC, and the Ice Cream Social portion will happen in the commons. If we end up inside, it will be important for everyone to listen to the announcements made in the commons so you know when performances will take place in the PAC. Also, the formation of lines will be tight inside, so please watch for the signs, and be as patient as possible as our music parents will be working as hard as they can to pull off such a large event inside.
Your student has been given specific “call” times on when to arrive. The performances will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will happen in the following order:
- Philharmonic and Concert Orchestras
- Symphony Orchestra
- Titan Pride Marching Band
- Combined Symphony Orchestra, Symphonic Band, Concert Choir and Women’s Choir
- Freshman Women’s Choir
- Men’s Choir
- Women’s Choir
- Una Voce Chamber Choir
- Concert Choir
