Students have been given their audition time on a schedule, along with two documents that need to be filled out, signed by a parent, and turned in to Mr. Harrel ASAP. Students cannot audition without turning them in:
1. Audition form
2. Transportation Release form – due to the nature of the scheduling, parents will need to transport their child to/from auditions. Note: students are NOT to ride with other students unless accompanied by a parent

Chicago Trip Payment ($100) due Tuesday!

Have a great week!

Titan Pride Update, Week of Oct 24

Happy Monday morning! I hope you had a great weekend of relaxation, as I did.

Spirit Cup Fundraiser
Delivery of merchandise will be TOMORROW (Tuesday) after school in the band room. If you sold cups, please arrange to pick them up in the band room after school.

Banquet – Tomorrow night
Dinner line will open at 6:30pm. Please bring exact cash or a check made payable to LSWHS in the amount of $10/RSVP on your part. We will need to collect that based on your RSVP as we have ordered food based on that number.
Dress should be business casual for all 🙂

Home Playoff Game
THIS Friday, we have another playoff home game. Unfortunately, we will not be able to do a glow show this year. Call time will be the same as usual.

Have a great week!

Titan Pride Update, Please read all

Lots of information here to help with the next couple of weeks:

1. RSVP for the banquet due TONIGHT. Click here Band Banquet RSVP

2. Call time for tomorrow changed!
Loading Crew at 8:50am
All others at 9:45am loading the bus immediately
Itinerary for tomorrow attached below in case you misplaced it
Very likely a late arrival home

3. Evening rehearsals are now over. 🙂

4. Playoff Football Game, next Friday, October 21st. Although tonight’s games in the area could change this, it is VERY likely we will have a home game next Friday. All call times and logistics remain the same. We will perform our marching show again at halftime.

5. Students who play a different instrument during concert season need to begin bringing that instrument/equipment starting this Monday.

6. Pep Band (basketball) schedule and assignments will come out next week. Expect to be a part of 1 game in December, 2 in January, and 2 in February. No additional rehearsals for this. As mentioned in the band handbook, this is a class requirement for Concert Band, Symphonic Band, and Wind Ensemble. (Percussion Class will have a different class requirement to satisfy equal requirements)

Have a great Friday evening! Hope to see you all tomorrow cheering on the band’s last competitive performance of the season.
